WHICH QUILT HAVE YOU MADE?

The Happy Scrappers met this past Saturday at the Attic Window Quilt Shop.  We had a fun day quilting, gabbing, and welcoming some new Scrappers.  Lots of show-n-tell too.  Above, Nancy shows us her latest finish.  I love the colors she chose.
Diana showed us her latest bag.  It is 1145 Charming Totes 3 by Whistle Pig Creek Productions.
Diana embellished the bag with these cute little elephant buttons.
Above, we can see the inside with all its pockets.  Darling bag!
Oh, No! Diana is ripping.  It was a rare occasion and someone yelled out that I should “get a picture of that.”  So I did.  We love to tease her.
Mary joined us for the first time today and showed us this adorable Halloween quilt.
Jan L. stopped by the shop and showed us her paper pieced tree.  She came in to look for a red fabric for the narrow inner border.  I bet it will look great.
Look up all you who love English Paper Piecing.  Above, Stephanie shows us her latest English Paper Pieced quilt.  She said it was about half finished.
This is a close-up of the quilt.  Stephanie makes a row of the pieces, stitches them together, and then stitches the row to the rest of the quilt.  This is the second quilt she has made like this.  Watching her work makes me want to get back to my English paper piecing.
Sheryl joined us for the first time and made this darling quilt top.
This is a close-up of one of the blocks.  I love this fabric.  Sheryl said she got it at the Attic Window Quilt Shop!
Cathy worked on blocks for this quilt.  As I recall, the fabric with the small pink flowers is from Japan.  It is going to be a stunning quilt.

I think it is safe to say a fun time was had by all.   Don’t forget that we meet again this coming Wednesday!  All quilters are welcome.

DON’T FORGET:
  • Beginning Tatting, Monday, Nov 10, 10-12.
  • Beginning Quilting, Tuesday, Nov. 11, 6 p.m.
  • The Jingle Bell Hop is Nov 14 through 22.  Mark your calendar now.  With the purchase of your $5 passport you will receive a free pattern.  Each participating shop has designed an exclusive ornament that you may purchase as well as a table topper kit designed to compliment the free pattern.  Participating shops will have extended evening shopping hours for your convenience.
ANOTHER NOTE
Until next time,

Stay Calm! Stay Kind! Stay Positive!
