DO YOU HAVE THESE BOOKS?

Not much going on around here today.  I’ve had car trouble so that’s been taking up a lot of my time.  I do want to let you know about some new books in at the Attic Window Quilt Shop.  The above, Holly Jolly; French Braid Quilts; and Tick Tock Dresden Clocks all caught my eye.
These are a couple pages from the Holly Jolly book.  Looks like some fun projects there.
And here are four more new books.  Take 5 Fat Quarters (I love the Take 5 books); Baby Says Sew; Urban and Amish; and The New Hexagon, all look like must-have books to me.  Stop by the shop and check out these books.  I’m sure you’ll be like me…unable to resist getting at least one!

DON’T FORGET:
  • Happy Scrappers, Saturday, Nov. 8
  • Beginning Tatting, Monday, Nov 10, 10-12.
  • Shop Swap – Attic Window Quilt Shop and Quilted Memories – Sunday, Nov. 9 and Nov. 23, from 12-4 p.m.
  • Beginning Quilting, Tuesday, Nov. 11, 6 p.m.
  • The Jingle Bell Hop is Nov 14 through 22.  Mark your calendar now.  With the purchase of your $5 passport you will receive a free pattern.  Each participating shop has designed an exclusive ornament that you may purchase as well as a table topper kit designed to compliment the free pattern.  Participating shops will have extended evening shopping hours for your convenience.
  • New Classes coming in November. Check the calendar on the Sidebar.  You can see a full month at a glance by clicking on the picture of a calendar.  Or you can scroll down the interactive calendar day by day.  If you have any questions about a class you can call the shop for further details and/or to register.
ANOTHER NOTE:
  • Piper Girls has a free pattern for a Sunny Chevron Quilt
Until next time,

Stay Calm! Stay Kind! Stay Positive!

Looks like you have some great books there. I will have to look for The New Hexagon book. I have developed a love for English Paper Piecing lately. Thank you for sharing. Thank you for the great link. Love the tutorial.

Have a super great sewing and stitching day.

Yes Caroll--my "Baby Says Sew" came today and I LOVE it...no grandbabies yet but looking forward to a few (and preparing LOL)!
Hugs, Bobbi
P.S. I´ve got the snow tires on the car just in case...no snow forecast here yet, hope you don´t have to dig out your snow shoes, either! :o)
